Itinerary

Day 1: Bishkek - Cholpon-Ata - Karakol

We will pick you up from your hotel and head to Karakol. On the way, visit the historic Burana Tower (10th-11th century), an important stop on the Great Silk Road. Enjoy lunch in Cholpon-Ata and, if time allows, explore the open-air petroglyphs. Upon arrival in Karakol, have dinner and rest at a cozy hotel.

Day 2: Karakol - Altyn-Arashan

After breakfast, drive to Aksuu village and start your trek to the beautiful Altyn-Arashan valley. Enjoy a picnic along the way. Once there, take a walk, relax in the hot springs, and end the day with dinner and an overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 3: Altyn-Arashan - Karakol 

Start with breakfast, then trek back to Aksuu village and return to Karakol. After lunch, explore the city’s main sights, including the Dungan Mosque, Russian Orthodox Church, and Bugu Bazaar. Have dinner at a local restaurant and stay overnight at your hotel.

Day 4: Karakol - Zheti-Oguz – Barskoon - Tamga

After breakfast, drive to Tamga village. Stop at Zheti-Oguz gorge to admire the Seven Bulls rock formation, then continue to Barskoon gorge for a short walk to a waterfall. Enjoy lunch before arriving at Tamga, where you will have dinner and stay in a guesthouse.

Day 5: Tamga - Skazka Canyon - Bokonbaevo

Following breakfast, head to Bokonbaevo. Visit the colorful Skazka (Fairy Tale) Canyon for a short hike. In Bokonbaevo, enjoy an eagle hunting show before dinner and an overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 6: Bokonbaevo – Kochkor

After breakfast, transfer to Kochkor. Have lunch and visit a local handicraft workshop to see a traditional felt-making demonstration. Browse for handmade felt souvenirs before dinner and a peaceful night at the guesthouse.

Day 7: Kochkor – Bishkek

After breakfast, begin the journey back to Bishkek. Enjoy a refreshing trek through the scenic Konorchek canyon, followed by a delightful lunch at a restaurant in Boom gorge. Arrive in Bishkek, city tour. Have memorable farewell dinner, marking the end of your enriching tour, filled with cherished memories. 

Day 8: Bishkek – Airport
